DOJ, FBI and the CIA were doing EVERYTHING THEY WOULD BE DOING with or without Obama going public and inserting himself into elections.
They were monitoring this stuff at least from June of last year.

We KNOW both Russians and Trump campaign werewillingeager to work with each other (LOVE IT!) and as the saying goes, when there is a will, there is a way.
