Party Loyalty is Poison

And government is largely populated by Hamiltonians today.

It's never gonna change.

The Framers slit throats.

Today, modern society's will to actually change anything in any kind of meaningful way goes only so far as the next opinion show or whatever.

The American electorate is just too damned stupid. Like trained monkeys.

Few understand what the economy actually is.

Even fewer have the slightest rudimentary grasp of economic theory and monetary policy in general, and have no understanding of what kinds of policies we actually have.

The Majority of the electorate are purveyors of big government in general, observably.

But the American electorate, collectivey speaking, is pretty good at political sportball. Red hemlets vs blue helmets type pablum. Trying to create some foolish notion of difference between themselves when, in reality, there is no difference.

The only real conservatives left in America are the classical liberals.

It's crazy, man...
Like NYC voters voting for a communist?

It is not just sides that are involved. Or a percentage in each. It is the private side, businesses, the financiers, owners of the currencies in various nations, anything to do with money, etc. that are involved with other elites and politicians. Conditions are set up where it looks like by doing any of the things you typed it will improve the efficiency. And they caused all of this.

I agree. That's why I put "sides" in air quotes. I was just trying to see if eagle had any limits, since he seems to believe that loyalty to party no matter what is the only thing that matters.

I have no limits to my disgust to the Dem party

The founders knew it. Anyone with a brain and a pulse knows it. We've replaced principles and values with "sides".

The only side waging a culture war is the right. And true, there are no political parties mentioned in the constitution. However, those slave owners didn't have any principles and values.

Good, you're halfway there. Now if you can just bring yourself to say that you (potentially) WOULD draw the line at some point when your party goes against the principles it's supposed to stand for.

It really comes down to what one puts first. Truth....or blind loyalty to a political party or politician. Which is more important to you, eagle?

BS

You and the Op are playing a game here. Fake ass outrage over the spending bill.

Nothing more.
Nothing less

That's the thing. It's a tag team wrestling match. With voters always losing.
The voters who are dumb enough to think both sides are the same are the problem. Furthermore, there never seems to be a decent third or 4th option. So how about all of you both sides are bad types find a third or fourth option that presents a case that is palatable to the people instead of running your mouths about how both sides are always wrong, but never providing a solution?
