If your child is in a class with a child or children that are behavior, seriously academically challenged, or emotionally handicapped do you want their teacher to:
1. refer the problem student(s) to those that should have the resources to deal with them.
2. take away from class instruction to deal with them.
3. ignore their issues, since they will go away if all teachers would do that?
