Pam Bondi proves her worth.

One wonders if stage 4 TDS victims like berg80 are going to make it through 4 years of our President and government actually working FOR the American people
If that happens I'll acknowledge it. So far the government is being oriented to help trump seek revenge, consolidate power, and create disorienting chaos.

Obey the law? Let's just say she didn't break it. She did her job from a MAGAist's perspective. Burying a case that's an offshoot of trump's crime.

What are you referring to by "trump's crime"? The case was dropped.

Unless you are referring to the crime of Garland and Smith's goons conducting a panty raid on Mar-a-lago, going through the First Lady's underwear and gratifying themselves?

.

The berg is one of those uneducated people who believes that the words "indicted" and "convicted" are synonymous.

.

It wasn't President Trump who appointed a Fake, unconfirmed prosecutor like Jack Smith.

BTW, what ever happened that Fanny dame that was persecuting Trump in Georgia?
You've just unwittingly identified just some of the lawfare trump employed to get his criminal cases dropped. Willis's conduct with respect to her colleague has nothing to do with the merits of the RICO case against trump.
As for Smith's appointment, just because Dotard's sock puppet ruled in his favor doesn't mean it wasn't valid. I suppose we'll never know what the 9th Circuit would have ruled. Maybe that's just as well for them. They would be targeted for retribution if they overturned Cannon's ruling.

The final chapter in Garland's feckless treatment of trump may have just been written.

Trump classified documents case: DOJ drops appeal against co-defendants

The Department of Justice on Wednesday ended an effort to prosecute two men in Florida for allegedly helping their former co-defendant President Donald Trump hide classified government documents from officials seeking their recovery.

The DOJ, in a court filing, asked to voluntarily dismiss an appeal that sought to revive its criminal case against the men: Trump’s valet, Walt Nauta, and Carlos De Oliveira, a worker at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida.

“The government has conferred with counsel for Appellees Waltine Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, who do not object to the voluntary dismissal,” Miami U.S. Attorney Hayden O’Byrne wrote in the filing at the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

You could see this coming from Nebraska. Everyone, EVERYONE, knew Pam would dutifully drop the case against the trump's co-defendants. A predictable end to trump using lawfare to escape accountability for his crimes.

Had Merrick, who sometimes acted in ways leading me to believe Billy Barr was whispering in his ear, dropped the case against Nauta and De Oliveira before Pam occupied his office it would have enabled the DoJ to make Smith's report on the docs case available to the public. A report having information about Kash Patel's testimony regarding his involvement in trump's crime. Testimony he only gave after getting immunity from criminal prosecution. Why would that be?

If I were a senator questioning Kash during his confirmation hearing it's info I would have liked to have had. Alas, Merrick must have needed to feel the satisfaction of abiding by protocol one last time. Just as he did by doddering for months before the J6 committee's revelations on the failed attempt to disenfranchise the votes of millions of Americans forced him, reluctantly, to name Smith as a SC.

The most ironic part of this whole thing is that it was the Libs who insisted that Mr. Gaetz be removed from consideration for AG and that President Trump should appoint Pam Bondi instead.

Libs need to enjoy what they asked for.

If it was only "libs" who recognized Matt as being unfit for the job he'd have been confirmed by now.

As for Pam, there's a difference between being technically qualified based on past experience and being qualified to do her job...............which is working for the American people................not trump. Clearly she has decided the latter comes first. The only qualification Dotard cares about.

Gonna be a long, long four years for you TDS'ers.
