RE: Palestinian Talks, lectures, & interviews
SUBTOPIC: Misuse of the Term: "Colonialism"
※→ P F Tinmore, et al,
(SEE POSTING #5889)
There are only four Colonial Powers in the world (
Israel is NOT one of them). They are → The United Kingdom, The United States, France, and New Zealand as last reviewed by Special Committee
C-24 last month (May 2024).
Worldwide there are 72 Non
Non-Self-Governing Territories (NSGTs) identified by the
Special Committee on Decolonization on their official website → AND none are in the Middle East and North African (MENA) Region of the world. That means that the C-24 does not recognize any Arab Palestinian Territories as being under colonial rule. This includes Israel and the adjacent territories under its protection.
How many times have you justified terrorist attacks against Israeli targets?
Colonial powers always call the natives terrorists.
(COMMENT)
The lexicon of terms that the Pro-Palestinian and Anti-Israeli Propaganda Performers use includes the term "Colonial Powers."
Conscious of the need for the creation of conditions of stability and well-being, territorial peace, and respect for the principles of
Civil and Political Rights of the all-inclusive population of the territories formerly under the
Mandate (
later a part of which was once Annexed by Jordan and any part of which was once under Egyptian Military Governorship) the State of Israel has recognized the need to maintain the law and order necessary. This law and order function, in some measure, was to prevent a reoccurring breakdown in peace and stability as demonstrated by the Arab-Palestinian conflicts of 1967 (Six-Day War), 1973 (Yom Kippur Was), and the 2023 (Invasion). Maintaining such law and order also protects Israel (in some degree) from continuous harassment by the Al-Aqsa Martyrs, Brigade, the Al-Aqsa e.V, HAMAS, including the Izz al-Din al-Qassem Element, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command. It would be foolish for the Israelis to risk a further expansion of traditional liberties given the history of past criminal behaviors and the deadly threat the various Arab Palestinians continue to pose.
Most Respectfully,
R
