I would consider myself a democratic socialist in that I think certain sectors of the economy should be owned by the people because the profit motive prevents us from getting what we need.

Energy, Education, Health Care...all 3 should be government run by the experts in the field.

Profit motive is literally killing us.

Then you should move to places where such is already in play, take notes for a decade or two, then come on back here if possible.

Profit motive is called incentive and efficiency.

Your preference is for compulsion, ineptitude, inefficiency, greed and minority elite (political powerful) rule.
You prefer something non-Constitutional and borderline treasonous.
