Over 1,600 People Removed From Voter Rolls Under Youngkin Order; Groups Seek Court Injunction

If 90 days is spelled out in the law, then the judge is right. For now, I will take your word for it since I'm to lazy to look up the law and read it myself.
Too funny! Ya lazy bum!

The handful of illegals that may vote, does NOT negate their right or move above, the Citizen's right to vote!

In ONE state, 3500 CITIZENS were wrongly removed, for goodness sake...for what? For maybe 10 of the illegals actually illegally voting, if any at all in that specific election?

Screw your head back on...that mass disenfranchisement of the citizen's vote, is NOT JUSTIFIED in any manner!
Sure it does. If an illegal in VA votes for Kamala, he has negated my vote for Trump. If 50 illegals vote for Kamala, they have negated the votes of 50 Trump voters. Same with 100…..200……500…

Do you not see a problem with that?

This is all about Democrat's need for election fraud. I'd like for some Democrat to explain to me why they think extending dead people or criminal illegal aliens 90 days to prove their voting eligibility is logical in any way, especially with the dead ones. With Democrats there is always a bogus reason to not, secure our border or purge our voter rolls. MAGA

1600 is no small number, that could easily shift a state election depending on the concentration of illegal voters in a particular area.

I've seen elections in my state decided by a coin-flip/lot-drawing before.

Virginia has a law that tells the feds to pound sand and was signed into law by a dem Governor. Of course that was before the dems went bat-shit crazy.

This is a state's rights issue pure and simple.

Virginia first, all else after.
Sounds like something Robert E. Lee would say.

A free and fair election does not include illegally removing CITIZENS legal right to vote for their representation.

Removing illegal voters should never be at the expense of wrongly taking a citizen's right to vote away. It can be done without doing that...

That shouldn't be so hard to understand?

yet every illegal vote disenfranchises said legal voters.

:disbelief:

So 20 US Citizen voters having their votes canceled-out by non-citizens isn't a big deal?

Purging 3,200 people from the roster for being a non-citizen just weeks before an election only to find out that 2,000 were citizens isn't a big deal?

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Virginia for removing voters from rolls within 90 days of this year’s elections. Looks like the dems are making a full court press to kill election integrity in Virginia.

The thing is, why didn't Youngkin just do it sooner before the 90 day window to beat this problem?
Did this election just sneak up on him?
Or is he just trying to make a show of it to his voting base while not really doing anything at all?

Purging 3,200 people from the roster for being a non-citizen just weeks before an election only to find out that 2,000 were citizens isn't a big deal?

If they are non-citizens, how can they be citizens?
Is it really that hard now to figure out who our real, legal citizens are?

It's so much worse to disenfranchise citizens....the courts have always ruled that way!

Disenfranchising 3500 citizens of their constitutional right to vote, for the 20 plus non citizens or felons illegally voting in that election, is wrong in every way....

And even if there were 3500 illegal votes, (which would never ever be the case)those votes are spread state wide, and the 3500 citizens vote dilutes the impact of the illegal vote, by adding to the totals of the legal voters.

Again, every illegal vote disenfranchises all legal voters.

Dismissing vote fraud, the hallmark of a Democrat.

Because Alabama incorrectly removed citizens for being non-citizens.

It appears to be, which is why our whole "voter registration" model from the 1700's needs to be replaced so that all citizens are automatically considered "registered" to vote.

Does the law say 90 days.... or did a judge simply decide it should be 90 days? I am asking because (1) I don't know and (2) I'm to lazy to find out on my own.

So what? The important info is…

#MAGALIES

You said illegals don't vote. That is patently false. Democrats added the "mass" qualifier in response to Republicans finding fraud in 2020. "Mass" is a subjective term, so it gives them an out.
