The "higher" ranks of this countrys "law enforcement" usually feel they don't need to be telling anybody anything.
This in itself usually leads to a lot of disjointed noses for all the "lesser law enforcers".........or more aptly, the "local yocals" that can never be bothered with the jobs they are paid to do.

Why tell the local police? They wouldn't care. They barely care enough to waddle their donut filled asses from the donut stores and PRETEND to scan the cities and towns for crime and criminals.........of which, 99% of the time, they just sit there and watch and DO NOTHING.

I can understand why the Feds, ICE, DHS, and all the others don't waste their time with the local "law" by informing them.

Unfortunately, thats the way it is.

In a "perfect" society, the lower class law enforcers would happily work with the higher classes of law enforcement to make their jobs easier, and to run their operations more smoothly. But it doesn't work like that.

These are all men and women that get these jobs because of massive egos, or extreme narcissism. They get off on the power trips and don't care about the laws or the people that get involved or caught up in what they are doing.

There really is no such thing as Law Enforcement anymore. And hasn't been since the end of WW2. It's all a massive con, as these people that we think are there to protect us, are only there to be mafia goons for the local, state, or federal "powers that be". Like Human Resources in a company is not there for the employees, it is there for the whims of the corporate elete. To hell with all the "little people".
