Libs always insist that DEI, diversity, ect, is about making sure that QUALIFIED non-whites get a fair chance, instead of racist whites keeping all the jobs and promotions and academic slots for themselves.

The only outcome of this is that the kid gets a "degree" and when it doesn't prepare him or her for life because there are no marketable skills the recourse is to holler racism or sexism or some kind of ism. It's not in our makeup anymore to accept any kind of personal responsibility.
