DEI hires leaving is a good thing. You should never pick an educator based upon race or gender, but on whether he or she is superior in performance. That's all that matters. If the person you want to hire happens to be a minority or female, as long as he/she is the best of the applicants, great. As for France advertising for educators to come there, it's currently in significant turmoil and living in a large city like Paris isn't advised. Better to live in a smaller community, commute to work and hope you don't get caught up in the large riots.

My guess is that a disproportionate number are professors in Lesbian Studies, Africana and German Polka.

Most people who do useful stuff are cool with Texas' low tax environment, that's why Elon moved there.

A thorough review of higher education's curriculums needs to be seriously evaluated. There should be no majors/degrees in subject matter that are unlikely to generate actual vital jobs. Degrees in things like gender studies, psychic, science of decision, bagpiping, performing arts, liberal arts, leisure and hospitality, political science, et cetera, need to be gotten rid of as choices.

Exactly. The guidance counselors need to get grounded and start realizing what actually can earn the students some money.

If a young man is interested in other men's buttholes, they should be steered into fields like Proctology instead of LGBTQ+ Studies. Put their interests into something that will actually help people.
