He murdered 40 million Russians and his "Sovietism" = "Stalinism" = "Maoism" murdered under Mao in China about 100 million Chinese. So if I calculate 140 million * 75 years lost lifetime it could be fair - but only god knows - to throw Stalin for more than 10 billion years into hell and to let him die 140 million deaths.
