Zone1 Only Tax Payers should be allowed to vote

I'd like to meet and learn from people who pay zero tax, if they can do it legally.

Everyone pays taxes. If you buy a pack of cigarettes or a gallon of gas, you just paid taxes.

Oh, you meant income taxes? What if you are retired? Now you can't vote after working 50 years?

You mean, only PROPERTY OWNERS should have a right to vote.

If you own property, you are a shareholder in the USA.

And only US citizens should be allowed to own property here.
are those federal taxes?

Yes, there is a federal tax on cigarettes ($1.01 a pack) and a federal tax on gas (18.4 cents per gallon).

WW
maybe remove those taxes. Otherwise, what is the totality of those taxes to citizens?

are those federal taxes?

In some cases. But federal taxes alone cannot decide voting as a retired person might pay little/no federal taxes and are on the receiving end now but still should be able to vote especially if they own property.

Property taxes are local

If people are dependent on taxpayers, they shouldn't have the right to vote themselves more money from the taxpayers' pockets.

How to spend tax money should be made by those with skin in the game and paying it, not by people who are only taking from it.
Everyone pays taxes

nope.

Everybody pays sales tax and now Trump has raised them!

you sure are. Tariffs are done on import, not on the shelves. I wish you would learn something.
Tariffs are a tax on people who dare to trade with countries the government wants to "punish" for some reason.

Do you remember when there used to be free trade conservatives in the Republican party?

The tariff is only to the company. Now the company decides the next step. Nothing more, nothing less. Oh, companies don't do taxation.

You still don't have that evidence to show tariff as a tax on the shelf. Got it. Enjoy your dance. BTW, I thought that wasn't allowed in here.
