What you ignore is that blacks use them on a far, far greater scale compared to their numbers in society than blacks. 11 million blacks are on food stamps and it didn't take but 41 million blacks to get that 11 million. 17 million whites are on food stamps. The difference is to get what is only a 55% greater raw number, it had to be drawn from a population 550% more in number. For whites to be on the same proportion to their race as blacks when it comes to food stamps, there would have to be 57 million whites using food stamps. The total number across all races isn't that high.

The food stamp champions as a proportion of their race is blacks on about a 4:1 ratio compared to whites.

Never said whites didn't use such programs. What you ignore is that blacks use them on a far, far greater scale compared to their numbers in society than blacks. 11 million blacks are on food stamps and it didn't take but 41 million blacks to get that 11 million. 17 million whites are on food stamps. The difference is to get what is only a 55% greater raw number, it had to be drawn from a population 550% more in number. For whites to be on the same proportion to their race as blacks when it comes to food stamps, there would have to be 57 million whites using food stamps. The total number across all races isn't that high.
