I normally prefer corporations to keep their greedy mitts out of mom-and-pop sized businesses but this one is so generally screwed up that I think they couldn't possibly make it worse: Contracting.
If you've ever requested a quote, you might have considered yourself lucky to even receive a call back. Once past the call back and appointment stage and you've taken time off of work to meet with them, they usually arrive about 2 hours late. If you go to the trouble of hiring them for a job, the work starts a month later than you need and during the process, there's usually a delay because of something like 'I decided to go to Sturgis'.
I should point out that they're not all bad (a few are very good) but in any other industry, about 75% of these guys would have been fired for incompetence or unprofessionalism.
