There are two outcomes, as I see it:
1) Democrats, being reasonable people, will recognize that the majority of voters disagree with not only the far left turn of their party, but are also fed up with being demeaned, vilified, silenced, and canceled - and thus the Democrats will dial it back, or….
2) Democrats, being unreasonable people, will become enraged that the March toward socialism was rejected by the majority of voters (and that voters also rejected the “domestic terrorist” and “white supremacist” labels given to those with dissenting opinions), and they will double down on their insults, silencing, and verbal attacks.
Which is more likely?
