ON THE MARCH Russia masses 50,000 troops & prepares for assault on Ukraine’s ‘fortress city’ with Putin given ‘four month window’

Putin is about to make a major large-scale assault on Ukraine. Why is Trump letting this happen? He promised to end the war in 24 hours.

RUSSIA is reportedly building up a 50,000-strong force alongside the border of Kharkiv amid fears of a fresh summer offensive to attack the city.

With the US backing out of direct negotiations to broker a peace deal and Vladimir Putin stalling ceasefire talks, experts fear a major Russian offensive could mobilse in the coming weeks.

Well, when all of your assholes are desperate to start WWIII, and are working very hard to do so, it makes it tough.

President Trump will “let it happen” because Zelensky went behind his back to attack Russia right before a peace deal negotiation was to happen.

FAFO.

Don't Tax Me is so bad about dropping his pants and firing off missiles

It's not happening. They still wanna go at it. I'm sure they'll clobber the crap out of each other and none of it is necessary.
Not my circus, not my monkeys.
Putin still wants to conquer Ukraine and Ukraine wants its occupied territories back. Until one or the other folds, the game will go on with people dying.

They are making up in volume what they are losing in unit price. India is buying up 60 to 70% of Russia's oil export.... India's energy needs are growing exponentially and will continue to grow.
Sometime within the next several years they will surpass China as the most populous nation on Earth.
Russia is exporting crude oil cheaply and having to buy refined oil products back at a much higher cost. In effect Russia is becoming an economic colony of China and India; exporting raw materials and buying finished products.

Russia never wanted to conquer Ukraine it just doesn't want it used as a proxy weapon against Russia by NATO.

This war got started under Biden and Trump is trying to put out the fire.

By the way: Did Donald Trump ever did do anything else except to weaken and to try to destroy the Western World?

I'll hold your hand for as long as I can and take the last lap
We both knew it and yet suppressed it until the end, that you can't beat time
Maybe it would have been better if it had never happened, but maybe that's a cowardly word
We always fought and never gave away a grain of sand and now here we are

And I regret nothing
Not one step, not one moment of it
Even if it's lost
Even if it's not enough for us
Nothing was in vain

Regret none of it

Time is running against us, the last grain of sand falls silently and slowly the round is over
We built on sand, it took a lot of strength, but all of it was worth it to me
And I thank you for every day with you

Because I regret nothing
Not one step, not one moment of it
Even if it's lost
Even if it's not enough for us
Nothing was in vain
Regret none of it

I don't regret one wrong word, not one moment
I don't take a step back
For I regret nothing, I regret nothing

I regret nothing, none of it
I regret nothing

No, it wasn't.

Formally, it is still under Kievan control. But people who live in Odessa are Russians.

What a stupid bullshit to say so, enemy of the Ukraine, Europe and the whole world.

Not anymore it isn't and never will be again.
Eventually it will be unless Putin makes a deal. He still wants to conquer the rest of Ukraine and eventually will fall, and Russia will lose everything it has conquered so far.

Putin has openly stated that he wants to recreate the old Russian Empire and Ukraine was part of that.

Why would Russia want to conquer all of Ukraine? Putin isn't interested in taking Bandera infested Western Ukraine, although Poland may want to.

Because Ukraine was part of the old Russian Empire and Putin has openly declared his objective is to recreate it.

No he has said no such thing where do you get this shit from?
Reading Russian President Vladimir Putin’s mind is rarely a straightforward task, but on occasion the Kremlin leader makes it easy.

Such was the case on Thursday, when Putin met with a group of young Russian entrepreneurs. Anyone looking for clues as to what Putin’s endgame for Ukraine might be should read the transcript, helpfully released here in English.

Putin’s words speak for themselves: What he is aiming for in Ukraine is the restoration of Russia as an imperial power.

Many observers quickly picked up on one of Putin’s more provocative lines, in which he compared himself to Peter the Great, Russia’s modernizing tsar and the founder of St. Petersburg – Putin’s own birthplace – who came to power in the late 17th century.

“Peter the Great waged the Great Northern War for 21 years,” a relaxed and apparently self-satisfied Putin said. “On the face of it, he was at war with Sweden taking something away from it… He was not taking away anything, he was returning. This is how it was.”

It didn’t matter that European countries didn’t recognize Peter the Great’s seizure of territory by force, Putin added.

“When he founded the new capital, none of the European countries recognized this territory as part of Russia; everyone recognized it as part of Sweden,” Putin said. “However, from time immemorial, the Slavs lived there along with the Finno-Ugric peoples, and this territory was under Russia’s control. The same is true of the western direction, Narva and his first campaigns. Why would he go there? He was returning and reinforcing, that is what he was doing.”

Alluding directly to his own invasion of Ukraine, Putin added: “Clearly, it fell to our lot to return and reinforce as well.”

Those remarks were swiftly condemned by Ukrainians, who saw them as a naked admission of Putin’s imperial ambitions.

“Putin’s confession of land seizures and comparing himself with Peter the Great prove: there was no ‘conflict,’ only the country’s bloody seizure under contrived pretexts of people’s genocide,” Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak said on Twitter. “We should not talk about ‘saving [Russia’s] face,’ but about its immediate de-imperialization.”

Here it is in Putin's own words from CNN, not a bastion of anti-Putin thought. I EXPECT AN IMMEDIATE AND ABJECT APOLOGY FROM YOU.

Why are you over thinking and over complication it, it's nothing to do with any Empire, there was a coup in Ukraine in 2014 then the Ukrainian Regime went on a rampage and started a civil war against the people in Donbass which Putin did nothing about for years, then to stop the Ukrainians handing the Russian base in Sevastopol over to Nato he finally took action, he also wants to make sure Ukraine can never again be used as a proxy by the West to attack Russia ever again, that's it not complicated, what will be left of Ukraine when they lose who knows?

Nope, the Ukrainian people voted the pro-Russian legislature out, the legislature legally impeached the pro-Russian president and he fled the country. Everything was completely legal under Ukrainian law. Putin was angry because he lost his stooge and the people of Ukraine decided to make economic tieswith the west instead of Russia,
