Russia agreed to allow Ukraine to keep its USSR state borders with conditions: Crimea to be leased to Russia as it has been Russia’s Black Sea fleet HQ. Also a promise to never join NATO. Russia made it clear they would never tolerate a military buildup on their southern border.

you need to get your facts straight. Crimea has not been in the discussion for a decade. Ukraine has NEVER promised not to join NATO. You cannot prove any of your assertions
