Really? So there are no powers the state has that the Fed Govt does not? Are you sure about that?
The Constitution outlines states rights. The state has no constitutional authority to order lockdowns. That means that no governments can have lockdowns. If the USSC said a state was violating my right to bear arms, that doesn't mean cities and counties can. Nobody in the state has the constitutional ability to stop me from bearing arms.
