I eat the heck out of eggs. Like the commercial says "The incredible edible egg."
I do, 2 or 3 (sunny side up or scrambled) pretty near every morning, along with bacon, toast and usually at least 2 (12 oz) cups of coffee (with real white death cane sugar), and it hasn't harmed me in 71, going strong toward 72 years. Good luck to all the anti-egg people out there. When eggs went high during covid years and the poultry Avian flu chicken kill off, we kept right on eating them.
