I was merely responding to your statement that our laws never reflect the value of a baby inside the womb as outside the womb.
I was referring specifically to abortion laws.

So a mother chooses to kill her 1 year old, that's on her, it's her 1 year old?
I was referring specifically to abortion laws.
No, that's murder.
And that's what I responded to.
So, then you do not view the baby in the womb the same as the baby out of the womb.
Thanks!
We weren't discussing my personal view of it, we were discussing what the laws are.
by bringing up a law that was not an abortion law?
If you say so
These people claim there is not one difference between the baby in the womb and the baby out of the womb yet their laws never reflect this.
Why is the woman never punished?
The filthy whore could just runoff to a neighboring state to kill the baby
Here is your statement I responded to.
So a girl who gets raped by her inbred uncle and becomes pregnant is a filthy whore?
Interesting...
Why, because most states will treat it as states rights.
How does that work exactly?
Dirty whore enters abortion clinic and claims she was raped by an unknown which authorizes the murder of the unborn?
OR do we wait three years for the trial and conviction of the rapist and then abort the three year old?
For the sake of argument, let's say you've got a 14 year old daughter. If your daughther were raped by an unknown assailant and became pregnant, would you insist she carry that pregnancy to term?
Nice place to visit but not to liveCalifornia is great. I've been to 43 states and CA beats them all as to weather, terrain, higher education, recreation, wine, women and entertainment.
I do agree that rape victims should be allowed to abort the child, but only if the rapist was convicted. Otherwise, everyone would be saying they were raped. That said, it’s their state, so their rules. Don’t like it? Move.Rape victims shouldn’t have to carry the child if they do not want to…
