I think this is about the most invasive you can get in attacking a person. This law made all women in the state of Oklahoma second class citizens. And it's already causing harm in more ways than you can imagine. The law is both illegal and against the Constitution.

It makes nobody a second class citizen anymore than saying recreational narcotics or driving while drunk are illegal. As far as the Constitution goes, what are you going to do if they overturn Roe and several states make abortion totally illegal under any circumstance? The exceptional cases you mentioned. Being a captive, no doubt these women turned inward and despite the horrible circumstances of conception and their dreaded conditions they bonded with their children no doubt. I just hope there's no lingering side effects that endangered the children or the women. They've suffered enough.

There is no mention of who makes the call, where is the burden of proof... A doctor could perform abortion all day and who is to say he is wrong. All pregnancies carry a certain amount of risk, that is not defined either.
