Well lets see here. His first day in office he stopped leasing for drilling on public lands, cut back domestic oil drilling and when prices went up he blamed OPEC and the oil companies........ Now he's reopended oil drilling in the Gulf and some public lands oh and he want's to spend 1.15 billion to cap orphan wells in the US, wells that were orphaned because of his policies.
