Yep, ain't rocket science. In fact, it has nothing to do with what's engineeringly possible whatsoever!If the kid can watch it then the kid's parent can watch it

See that? See "parent" anywhere? No? What's FERPA's purpa?to students who were unable to attend.
What the kid can watch the parent can watch how the fuck are you going to stop them?See that? See "parent" anywhere? No? What's FERPA's purpa?
The DOE has now answered the $100,000 question: yes, it is permissible under FERPA to record classes and share the recording of the virtual class to students who were unable to attend."As with any other “education record,” a photo or video of a student is an education record, subject to specific exclusions, when the photo or video is: (1) directly related to a student; and (2) maintained by an educational agency or institution or by a party acting for the agency or institution. (20 U.S.C. 1232g(a)(4)(A); 34 CFR § 99.3 “Education Record”)[1]"
Jesus! I give up. There's nothing there, I swear!What the kid can watch the parent can watch how the fuck are you going to stop them?
No, Einstein. It's not legal!So it's impossible to video a class and and let other people watch it?
I agree with school choice. Public schools should have the right to choose whether to accept a student or get rid of them..........just like Private schools can.Why do you care, it's not affecting you? You don't have to go if you don't want to, it's an option for those who do. Why do want to control what others are able to do? What business is it of yours? Anti choice fascists pick the strangest things to care about, but I guess if it interferes with anything other than what's supposed to be taught in schools being taught, then they have to fight it for all it's worth. There really is no other explanation.
You are ok with creepy guy watching video of YOUR kid because they are in the same class with his kid?Your comment makes no sense, any parent that wishes to watch what their child is being taught in not trying to control other people's children. How are they controlling or trying to own other people's children by watching exactly? You're using hypothetical logistics to oppose something when that's not really the reason you oppose it. If they can figure out a way to make it work, you would still oppose it. The logistics are just an excuse, and a lame one at that.
Oh my, well transvestites reading to elementary students. Your also telling me you don't support letting them choose their gender? Yes or no question, you may want to think about that one. You do have a history on here.And where is THAT happening? Your link isn't working.
And different parents have different ideas of "a good job."Why do you think they will all get fired?
@su
SweetSue92 believes most public school teachers do a good job
I disagree and apparently so do you
