Perhaps if it were an even playing field it would be fair. You do know that other cultures discriminate as well? I work for a tech company that employs many of Indian heritage, and when those people get into management positions, they definitely have a bias towards hiring fellow Indians. And as far as offshore employment, they are paying them a small percentage of what they would have to pay anyone here in the states.

I have worked with many from India, mostly males, some female, and I have never heard of one marrying outside of their race. They all go home to be married to whomever their parents have arranged a union with, they never marry non-Indians. Something tells me you would defend that because it's their culture, yet you would accuse whites who might do the same as being racists?

My point is that you are objecting to a group being labeled because of their ethnicity or origin, but you are doing just the same, only in the opposite way.
