He merely stated he doesn’t like it, but understands it may be necessary in his interview with Hannity. Congress is still moving to restrict China’s ability to buy farmland.

It only refers to comments made to Sean Hannity in an interview where he says he doesn’t like the fact the Chinese buy farmland. He did not say he is opposed to Congress passing legislation to restrict it.
