I was in a work meeting last summer where we discussed a 3 month project. There is one weirdo woman who insists on being called he. I declined to do so in the meeting.
Instead, I just kept using her name and not a pronoun. So I said things like, "Brit is progressing okay on the project, but I think Brit needs some help. Could we get Brit some help, so Brit can focus on the 3 main tasks instead of all of them." Right after, I said, "I'm not being critical of Brit because I think Brit does a good job, but Brit needs an assistant."
There were two people in the meeting who could hardly keep from busting out laughing.
