It was less than that than it was the MSM. The MSM realized they could control blacks based on what they told them. Like puppets, they could get them to protest, get them to riot, get them to burn down their own black businesses. The federal government is not in charge of local police departments, local governments are and always should be. The Communist party wants to take control over local police departments and they are using the death of Floyd as the fist stepping stone. Voters Rights bill is another dog and pony show. If you want to vote, then go to the polls and vote, nobody is stopping you, but don't expect your lazy ass to be handed a ballot at your front door. If voting is not important enough for you to use the energy to cast your vote, then stay home.
