Then why didn't Biden immediately try to arrest Trump once he got into office in January of 2021? Why did he wait 18 months later to have Merrick Garland ask Trump if he would so kindly return the classified and top secret files he stole? It was at that point, Trump could have simply returned them and a raid of his home would never have been necessary. Did Biden force Trump to keep files even after he was subpoenaed? Did Biden force Trump to hide the files from the FBI when they were forced to raid his home for it months later? Even then Trump wasn't arrested. Even when Trump was indicted and prosecuted in new York he was never sentenced. Something completely unheard of. Man, Biden sure takes no prisoners when he goes after someone.
