Rubio is complaining that mass deportations are being thwarted by that damn Constitution. They could throw so many more people out and doing faster and cheaper if not for the Constitution.

Like Hitler, Trump was elected under the Constitution, but he has been very proactive in overturning its limitations on his powers, with the help of the Federalist Society's Supreme Court.
Hitler destroyed the German Constitution in 53 days. It's taking Trump longer, but the US government wasn't in a shambles when he was elected, unlike Hitler.

Big difference between being able to survive a hurricane still standing and just getting a few leaks. Never saw a tent yet that didn't leak somewhere, somehow. A few drops of water never hurt anyone.
