It makes them feel good about the way they play politics like a game of Cowboys and Indians.

I love how they call everyone stupid but cannot explain the basics!

The large majority have no freaking idea what liberalism actually entails. All they know is what they are expected to say.

In one thread a while back, I tried to introduce the concept of liberal political theory and mentioned John Stuart Mill and John Rawls as meaningful examples thereof. All the leftists in the thread mocked the very idea that there would be any actual philosophical underpinnings to the political ideology they purport to uphold, but had never even heard of the two men. They were actually quite proud of their ignorance, but of course that does not stop them from asserting the notion that leftists are educated and intelligent, while any who reject their utter conformity are stupid rubes.

How long would it have taken to roll over any of these country's if we were actually at war, and not playing PC? I don't mean nukes, I mean convention weapons, civilians are warned to get out of the way, and if the enemy uses them as shields, oh well.....better them than our sons and daughters!

Maybe, just maybe, you ought to look back to WWII history, and see what America and Europe had to do to actually win a war. The wars today are about being PC, and winning the peace while we sacrifice our people. I don't believe Trump is going to do that. Clinton was much better, he and Gingrich worked together for the good of the country, the he literally fucked it up. Perhaps it is just in my area but I can see how well we are doing with my husbands business and my home price...
Both almost fell apart under Bush...my husband almost closed his business .. we lost savings and our retirement.
