I would seriously get a laugh, in a good way.. if the supreme court actually ruled this...

On objection number one, you object to the idea of the Government running people's lives, because that's communism.

Your objection is overruled and denied, because communism means that the Government owns the means of production and all economic establishments.

By its very nature the government is a socialist organization, which means that the Government has authority and is paid by tax revenue, and administers public policy and public planning activities,
and supports those who cannot support themselves, and so on and so forth.

So your objection to "communistic authoritarianism" is denied.

Your objection to paying taxes because to you that's communism is denied.
There is no law, and no basis for communism, socialism or capitalism to be banned in the United States of America, however the Constitution creates this Government, and it doesn't prohibit taxation and/or policy change of any kind.

So your motion to not be required to pay taxes is denied.

Your request to not have to obey lawful police orders, because to you that is dictatorship, a police state, communism, and so on and so forth is denied.

The police are not public servants, they are the authorities, they are the enforcers of the law and they must be obeyed.

A police state means that the police are the judge and jury, which isn't the case in the United States, so your objection is denied.

Your objection to any and all traffic laws and traffic enforcement systems and procedures on the basis of the freedom of travel is denied.
Driving is a privilege not a right.

A motto doesn't mean anything legally.

And if you're caught DWI and you pull out the I Support The Local Police card, they let you drive on.

Cops themselves have been arrested for DWI, and speeding, and sometimes they paid the ultimate penalty to their careers.
