That is obviously contradictory.
If the mRNA vaccines lowered the death rate, then those people would remain immune and the death rate would stay lowered.
If you need to constantly get boosters, then the mRNA vaccine is a fake and does not convey immunity.

Compare the Leftist reaction to Covid with the Leftist reaction to the AIDS Pandemic of a few years ago, and to their posture w/r/t smokers.

People who decline to get a vaccine should be denied treatment in hospitals; they should be shunned, refused service in reputable establishments, punished; they should die. People who smoke deserve their diseases; everybody knows the results of smoking, let them die.

But when the public discussion was about AIDS - a disease that in the early years was transmitted almost exclusively by homosexual buggery - the theme was compassion, understanding, non-judgmentalism. The way to prevent deaths in any epidemic is to end it as quickly as possible.
The reason so many have died is that instead of ending it quickly, we went with the failed strategy of "flattening the curve", which can not work and never has ever worked in any epidemic, since it prevents herd immunity and makes it last forever.

There are only 2 strategies that do work to end any epidemic.
One is full quarantine, and the other is deliberate infection of those likely to survive, (variolation), like Gen. Washington did in 1777.

I didn't claim there is lifetime immunity. Many unvaccinated I know have covid now for the 3rd time, including the antivax, anti-mask preacher at my church who looks like he aged 20 years over the past 2 years.

I got boosted around Thanksgiving & have spent lots of time masked up around & inside homes of 6 families actively infected with covid, yet I never caught it & always test negative for it.
