What he is outraged about is the 25,000 students he's got who DIDN'T rape anyone. I am outraged that this 18 year old wasn't sent home when he was first apprehended, but that's the end of it. It doesn't mean Maryland or Rockville schools or anyone should change their policies on educating kids who are living in this country. The problem is being solved at the border and in the courts. Give it a little time.

I'm not preventing anything. It hurts not to educate minors in this country whether legally or illegally because look what happens to kids who don't get their basic education. They drop out and take jobs in gangs or dealing drugs or stealing cars. They can't get real jobs even if they want to. They therefore leech off the taxpayers for emergency health care and other welfare benefits. That's the ones who don't commit violent crimes. How is that a benefit to society? I don't agree with illegals being here. You've got me wrong. But until that situation is handled, which will take a few years, anyway, the illegals who are here should be educated. One illegal 18 year old who commits rape does not change facts.
