You do know "Waivers only last for one year and are only available if a waiver is necessary to prevent either a large increase in premiums or a significant decrease in access to coverage" which would be the case for those employers who only offered mini-med or high risk plans that didn't meet the new healthcare requirements. What exactly is the issue?
Seriously? You don't see the issue with people opting out of a health care plan that is touted to save people money and generally make everyone's lives better?
That's what you people don't get about a free market. The free market does what works and if Obama's plan was gonna work and make everyone's lives better the free market would already have done it. Now something that isn't better is being crammed down people's throats. If Obamacare is so great why is there a waiver option at all? If Obamacare is so great why are so many waiver requests being granted? If it's going to work so ******* well for everyone why are so many people opting to not participate?
You're telling us this only affected businesses that offered certain types of plans? So the new regulation must be one that forces business to provide only plans that some washington beauracrat said was okay. THAT'S PART OF THE REASON PREMIUM PRICES WENT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. Do you know nothing of basic economics. The less choice you give people the more prices for substitutable products goes UP. Much as Obama seems to want to, he can't break laws of basic economics. Less choice means higher prices for the consumer. Increased demand on services, which Obamacare is supposed to allow, creates shortages if there are no correllary increases in supply of resources.
