Should it be scrapped or replaced or modified and what happens if people lose coverage? Should those of us who will be covered even care?

People who lose coverage shouldn't care at all.

Trump has specifically said he wants to keep the age 26 minimum and pre-existing clauses in tact.

Those who do lose coverage can sign up for new coverage at more affordable rates.

I think Trump and congress will be more concerned about doing away with the yearly penalty more than anything else.

The Republicans will make lots of noise and do very little. They'll re-implement the individual mandate as a 'tax incentive', change of few of the rules the insurance lobby doesn't like, and call it a win.

23% across the board increase for my employee insurance plan

More restrictions, higher deductibles, higher copays, less choice

Yay Obammycare
