Based on what we REALLY know about our past Presidents, I believe it is safe to say that Barack Obama is, by far, the WORST U.S. President since 1860.

Prior to 1860, it would be difficult to make a fair comparison of Obama to the likes of Millard Fillmore or John Tyler or James Buchanan. I don't think we really have enough "reliable" information on pre-Civil War Presidents to compare Obama to them.
