The guy is out to lunch never to return.

Dems tried turning us into Cuba and have gotten spanked for it, so what's a community organizer to do? Cry about the lack of civility and bemoan how fucking stingy the federal budget is!!! It's 28% of the fucking economy and Obama's 2010 Deficit alone is bigger than any Reagan budget!!!!

Dems are on glidepath to lose 100 seats in the House and every Senate seat

(CNSNews.com) – President Barack Obama preached politics – the importance of “civility” in the public square and finding common ground – at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington on Thursday. He mentioned health care several times.

Bemoaning the “erosion of civility in the public square,” Obama said it “sows division and distrust among our citizens; it poisons the well of public opinion; it leaves each side little room to negotiate with the other; it makes politics an all-or-nothing sport, where one side is either always right or always wrong, when in reality, neither side has a monopoly on truth.”

Obama said in those conditions, it’s easy to “lose sight” of hungry children, homeless men, and “families without health care.”

I'm sure he's just expressing another one of those 'Rules for Radicals.' This guy and most of today's Democrats follow Saul Alinsky's 'Rules for Radicals' with absolute obedience. Most of his strategies are based on these Marxist teachings. Just look at how he attacks the Media and Republicans. It's straight out of the 'Rules for Radicals' playbook. "Freeze and Polarize your enemy." People just need to learn the 'Rules for Radicals' to better understand this President and today's Democrats. You can't defeat the Marxists until you fully understand their strategies. Lets hope more people figure this out.

In my opinion there is nothing worse than a politician who goes out and viciously attacks their opponents while at the same time whining about "Civility." This President has consistently viciously attacked anyone who disagrees with him. This is especially true in his constant attacks on Media Outlets that criticize him. Remember back when he used to preach about "Uniting" the country? Yea well he waved bye bye to that stuff a long time ago. It's just too late for him to start whining about "Civility." There has been nothing civil about this administration's attacks on those who dare to disagree with them.

Obama viciously attacks? That is so funny you should say that on a thread called, "Obama: We Need to find a way to have everyone embrace my Marxist ideology".
:lol::rofl::beer::rofl::lol:
Thanks,
I needed that.

This President waved bye bye to "Uniting" and "Civility" a long time ago. Nothing civil about this administration's constant attacks on others. Just not buying his "Civility" scam at this point.

Why is that CNS news service embarrassed about their platform? It doesn't say anything about that in their "about us" statement.

Being constitutionally conservative or christian or whatever isn't an embarrassment. Lying about something, especially for christians, is.

How did Cuba end up loving communism so much anyway?

Wasn't there a sneaky history lesson about that in one of them Godfather movies?

Sadly, I think you are right. The high sounding, magnanimous, reasonable tone quoted in the OP is belied day after day when he gets up in front of other groups and points at the 'other guys' as the party of no or the ones who have brought us to this brink, etc. etc. etc.

I have yet to hear him criticize the ones who really did bring us to this brink, or even the initiatives, policies, and legislation that caused it all to happen.

Nor have I yet heard him urge the Democrats to listen to a single good GOP proposal. His idea of bipartisanship is we tell you what you are supposed to vote for and you agree. And we want your input, but thank you, but we don't need any input from you on that particular issue, nor this one, nor that one over there.

It's hard to find an Obama agenda item that Marx would not have approved of.

It seems the first to figure this out were the ones that just fell in lockstep with him.

It looks like that's changing, at least I hope so.

And just look at Obama's attacks on Republicans:

Marxist
Socialist
Death Panels
Kill Grandma
Communist
Not born here
Muslim
Pals around with Terrorists
Wants America to lose
Racist
Hates this country

You are so right. Obama needs to "STOP THE ATTACKS"!:whip:

Dems still CONTROL EVERYTHING, have blown a $1.6 TRILLION hole in the budget, nationalized 2 car companies, tried to NATIONALIZE HEALTHCARE and have over 8MM unemployed.

Why is the boy President crying about an "lack of civility"?

That comes with the job or didn't you pay any attention to how Bush was treated 24/7?

Nope. They just traded a devil they knew (Batista) for a worse one. And that worse one was empowered to be absolute dictator, supported, defended, and propped up by the USSR.

It sure wasn't the Cuban people's idea, though they did get suckered into all the wonderful blissful goodies that Castro promised them. Sort of like the people getting suckered into the comparative utopia Obama promised them. Neither man delivered anything like what they promised though. But unfortunately the Cuban people didn't have a Constitution and system of government that at least partially keeps it all in check. So they were stuck. We aren't stuck quite yet, but we could get that way if we don't start paying attention and refusing to go along with a lot of this stuff being crammed down our throats.

No one used the term BDS more than you did when Bush was president. Now you're accusing yourself and your pals of the same behaviour.

good one!

I don't want civility in Washington, when they get along they start bankrupting us with big spending bills. I hope Obama wins in 2012, and the GOP keeps winning senate/house seats. Divided, angry government in the 90s gave us peace and prosperity. As soon as Bush came in, things became very civil, and we saw more big spending bills get through Congress than we've had since LBJ.

And what, pray tell, makes you think they're "embarassed" by anything? The banner at the top of their site says, "The Right News. Right Now." Their "About Us" section clearly says that Media Research Center is their parent company, and that they were founded by Brent Bozell. It also talks about the liberal bias in other news sources.

Just because they didn't use the same wording that your precious Wikipedia (I wish to God you 'tards would get over thinking that's any sort of reliable source for anything) did doesn't mean they're hiding anything, ashamed of anything, or lying about anything.

On the contrary, it seems to me that YOU think it's something to be ashamed of, since you seem to think people should wear neon signs over their heads, screaming, "Conservative!" to warn everyone away.
