This is all on a SCOTUS full of traitors and a former AG who didn't want to win the case.


Constitution clearly states FOREIGN POLICY is an executive branch function. Tariffs are foreign policy.

The Constitution did not want every country's tariff rates decided by 535 "secretaries of state" in the US Congress.

Trump did what he was elected to do, he did a "fantastic job" on that, and Bondi and SCOTUS "canceled" it in total disregard for what Constitution says.

Manufacturers paid tariffs on the materials they imported to manufacture what ever they make.

Every other business paid tariffs on everything they imported.

All these extra charges were passed onto the consumer because that's how business works.

Everyone talks about gas but forgot to mention diesel. Almost everything that is manufactured or imported is shipped by train or truck and they will start charging more eventually if they haven't already because trump did such a wonderful job with his war.
