In particular saying the UN is basically a waste of time if countries cannot agree on the most basic principles. And saying the UN has a history of doing nothing, and that America does all of the heavy lifting not only in military matters but economic wise as well - and this cannot continue.
A lot of hot air? Perhaps. Did he really mean what he said ? Maybe.
But it was good to say it for what little it will do.
