What he said was, citizens who are harboring family members that are illegal aliens do not have to fear to go vote, b/c their votes will not be used to investigate whether they have illegals living with them. Which is fine, there is nothing wrong with the privacy of voters.

Should people fear to vote for Donald Trump knowing that if they lose, Hillary will use that information to find out who voted for him, and specifically cut of their SNAP or SS benefits? Throw them out in the streets as it were? There really is a privacy issue there. People who have followed the career of Hillary know what sort of person she is, they definitely have more to fear from a police state with a secret police and repercussions than Clinton voters have to fear from Trump.
