Could this be a hint at repealing the 22 Amendment? If this is true then again he is proving that he thinks he is above the 'Constitution'. He began this by removing mention of God more than once recently. Likely by his mandate, Executive Orders will suppress the Constitution (we've come to expect it from him) especially after a carefully manipulated possibly yet to come national "crisis." He's already said as much! The words alone express Obama's mindset.
