I'm surprised he had any of that left, after using up so much of it on the people who attacked the diplomatic post in Benghazi, the people who decided to sic the IRS on conservative groups, etc.

Maybe he hasn't yet heard about Iraq being overrun by terrorists, in the newspapers yet?
