It is even more telling that you don't understand that Obama is going to make sure that every woman gets "free" birth control even if the employer doesn't pay for it. In other words, no one is going to have to change their job, and access to birth control is only an issue for people that can't think. In fact, the very same study that Obama used to justify the contraception mandate said that access to birth control is pretty much universal for anyone that chooses to use it.

The Hobby Lobby position is just like Donald Sterling with his "I support them and buy them food".

The problem here is the attitude that they are giving the health imnsurance to the employees, that it is somehow Hobby Lobbys insurance. It is the employees insurance as sure as that paycheck is their money. It is paid for by their work and in most cases they pay for it with money deducted from their check.

Hobby Lobby just demonstrates what I've pointed out repeatedly. abusiness owners don't consider it your money. Those taxes deducted from your check is their money. The health insurance is thier health insurance. And when costs go up or down, when your taxes go down, they don't think it is your money. It is their money.

Why anyone thinks that not paying for health insurance, not payimg taxes is going to raise there income in beyond me. Sterling ands Hobby Lobby stand as shining examples that they consider it all their money that they are forced to give you.

Tax law clearly shows that you are wrong because the employee does not pay taxes on the insurance. If they did, you would be free to argue that the insurance is paid for by the employee, and even make a case for your position. Since the law makes the employer solely responsible for the tax on the insurance they provide it is clearly not paid for by the employee, and your argument is not even wrong.
