A new level of stupidity has been reached. No, it's not easier to buy a gun. Is there a 3-day waiting period for cabbage? You don't need a photo ID to purchase food or a book in a book store. You do need one for gun purchasing, unless you are one of the criminals who could care less about the law and 'know a guy' that sells all the illegal goods you want. New laws wouldn't make a difference with them.

If you are already a legal gun owner, then you are allowed to purchase a gun, but it's even easier to buy food. The time it takes is the distance to the store. That is irrelevant as far as the ease in doing the actual purchasing.

I'm sure it's difficult to buy anything in some Ferguson neighborhoods since the thugs burned down so many businesses and scared others away.

If you like fresh vegetables, grow a ******* garden. Seeds are dirt cheap. And you can have a garden even if all you have is a small patio off your apartment.

I live near a town that once had several groceries, it now has a package liquor store, a bar, and a crappy convenience store.


Where there was once a huge general store that had turned into a rat factory and was caving in, there will soon be a Dollar General.

I predict two things when it opens.

There will be a rash of shoplifting arrests, and within six months, an armed robbery.

They are pouring the slab now, I am going to watch this when it opens.
