Obama is 'TELLING' the Supreme Court that he has the power / authority to REFUSE to enforce US law, engage in 'aiding and abetting' criminals in a criminal act, and by-pass Congress to ignore the restrictions preventing American Citizen benefits from being given to criminal illegals, and give them OUR tax payer-funded benefits in direct violation of what the law currently states / allows?!.
His so-called argument? According to Obama he has 'prosecutorial discretion' to do so. What utter B$! 'Prosecutorial Discretion' is what he has been claiming to justify NOT enforcing all existing immigration laws, what he has been using to justify ordering the DOJ NOT to arrest/charge/sentence/jail illegals for crimes less than a felony, , what he has been using to justify releasing violent illegals back out onto the street to continue to victimize American citizens instead of deporting them, and what he has been using to justify refusing to shut down Sanctuary Cities that provide Safe Haven for these violent, criminal illegals. Prosecutorial Discretion has to do with whether or not to prosecute someone and has to do with 'sentencing'. It has NOTHING to do with eliminating / modifying a law that prevents criminals from receiving Social Security and Disability benefits funded by hard-working American tax payers!

If he refuses to abide by and uphold them then he is unfit to hold the position as President and should be removed as such...immediately!
