Obama can't be prosecuted. You can thank Trump for that.

Trump himself called Gabbard's claims against Obama a witchhunt.

This is going nowhere. And it won't distract from the Trump admins attempt to cover up Trump's association with Epstein.
No he didn't.

And this is going to cause a lot of heads to roll. That's why you cucks are shitting your pants over it.

You can bet the bank on it.

Is there evidence that Obama ordered any of these warrants?
Obama was the guy who issued directives for the operation.

He also ordered that everything they wanted to fake with respect to the Russian Collusion hoax get spread all over the intelligence community before leaving office.

He's the issuing authority.

You can't debunk jack squat.

And the entire case of Trump v. The United States was over lawful acts, not sedition, fraud, or espionage.

You Democrats wanted to make everything Trump had the authority to do while in office out to be crimes.

That's why you fcking lost, you moron.

Laughing.......dude, you didn't even know that Trump v. The United States was about Trump's prosecution AFTER his presidency for acts he committed during his presidency until I told you.

A fact that just blows up your entire argument that Obama is somehow vulnerable to prosecution because he's no longer president. The Supreeme Court said that presidents are granted a presumption of immunity for official acts. With every meeting cited by Gabbard being official acts that were part of the President's official duties.

Obama is immune. And that's before the utter lack of evidence of his commission of any crime. Let alone 'treason', 'sedition', 'espionage', 'election rigging', 'a coup' or the other pseudo-legal gibberish your ilk are spewing.

You simply don't know what you're talking about.

Anyone with any sense of right & wrong would be, you insufferable prick.
At some point, you people need to grow up and evolve. That doesn't mean you have to change your views, but if you can't function at a higher intellectual/behavioral level you put the rest of us at risk.

Not that you care about that, but it sure would be nice.

Calm down.

Obama was the guy who issued directives for the operation.

Show me the evidence that Obama was the one that ordered any warrant discussed in this link:

Its just you, saying it must be so, isn't it? Just some random soul on the internet, pretending that whatever they make up is the law.

How's that working out?

They really don't. The entire premise of MAGA, its fundamental principle, is that they were right all along. They make hats about it.

Its what conservatism is about. Not learning. Not adapting. But looking backward and changing nothing.

The foundational tenet of MAGA is that there is no need for growth. There is no need for evolution. Or self-reflection. Or much thought, really. Its an emotion based movement where their beliefs define physical reality, where tattoos magically appear, where birth certificates magically transform, where simply saying something makes it manifest.

And they never have to admit they were wrong about anything. It is the single most addictive aspect of their faith.

**** you. Sedition doesn't fall within Obama's official acts, especially since most of it took place after he left office.
Shit.....they nailed Nixon for much much less.
He tried to coverup the breakin of the DNC at the Watergate hotel.
The only reason they didn't throw him in prison was because President Ford pardoned him at the last minute.

No he didn't.

Of course he did.

“I don’t really follow that too much. It’s sort of a witch hunt. A continuation of the witch hunt. The witch hunt that you should be talking is that they caught President Obama, absolutely cold, Tulsi Gabbard. What they did to this country in 2016, starting in 2016, but going all the way up to 2020 in the election, they tried to rig the election and they got caught and there should be very severe consequences for that."

Little bit of a Freudian slip there. Trump himself admits that Gabbard's claims about Obama are a witch hunt.

Its just theater for dipshits, Muddy. Another desperate, shiny attempt at distracting from the Trump administrations cover up about Epstein.

Look, I'm just reporting what has already been issued by Director Gabbard.

I'm not making anything up, moron.

There is this fundamental thread that goes through their worldview, where they just don't want to admit that "I" is a part us "we". Somehow they want to set themselves apart from civilization, and it seems like a fear of some kind.

And this is coming from someone who has agreements with them on issues. But as we've discussed on other threads, they've gotten this idea that empathy and collaboration are both somehow signs of weakness. That scares them.

They have been terribly manipulated over the last forty years, and that doesn't get washed out quickly.

Clearly Trump is talking about the ******* witchhunt Obama ordered....not Tulsi Gabbard.

God Damn you're stupid.

Issued? You mean SAID. Backed with nothing.

Gabbard presented zero evidence backing her claims. She didn't once even use the term 'sedition', 'coup', 'treason', 'election rigging' or any of the pseudo-legal gibberish that you and Trump are.

And she presented nothing but her accusations.

And accusations, backed by nothing, aren't evidence. Not even when you use caplocks, bud.

Coming from someone who thought Biden was sharp as a tack....that really sounds stupid.

This thread doesn't discuss how horrible you might think Obama is, or if he is guilty of treason. None of those thing matter. The SC granted trump, and all presidents immunity from prosecution for anything that can remotely be tied to his powers as president. Can you think of a legal reason why trump was able to walk, but Obama should be charged?
If so, now is the time to educate us all. I look forward to your reasoned legal opinion.
He will not be prosecuted but he will be investigated and exposed. Despite the predictable and lame cries of racism, Obama’s legacy or what he thinks to be his legacy will take a hit. At that level of arrogance and narcissism, that is worse than being prosecuted.

Gabbard didn't have to present all of the evidence.

The case is out of her hands anyway.

If the FBI and the DOJ do their jobs....Obama will probably be leaving the country, if he's not already out of the country.

If they arrest anyone, Hillary for example, they'll roll on him like nobody's business.

I think ex-presidents should be off limits with the possible exception of a really heinous criminal activity like murder or rape. As far as all the stuff they had to do while they were in office or felt like they needed to do... I say let It be. You have to be pot Genghis Khan, part Napoleon and part Stalin just to be in that office. Once you're in your life has changed forever and not necessarily for the good.

Leave them alone I say.

God Damn you're stupid.

Clearly, Trump called the accusations against Obama a witch hunt.

"The witch hunt that you should be talking is that they caught President Obama, absolutely cold, Tulsi Gabbard. "

That's plain, simple language. And despite you having the entire quote, we both know you'll play the 'taken out of context' game. So here's the entire quote again, for you to ignore again.

“I don’t really follow that too much. It’s sort of a witch hunt. A continuation of the witch hunt. The witch hunt that you should be talking is that they caught President Obama, absolutely cold, Tulsi Gabbard. Even Trump calls Gabbard's accusations against Obama a witch hunt.

All this effort to try and distract from the Trump administration's efforts to suppress evidence of Trump's association with Epstein.

Y'all are really going to be tossing the 'arrogance and narcissism' stones, when your guy is demanding the Nobel Peace Prize?

Anything to avoid talking about Trump and Epstein, I guess.

Actually I said, many times, that he was too old to be President. Fading. Feeble.

Can't you grow up a little bit? Is this really the best you can do?

And entirely too fragile to be president. I mean, he's so easily damaged that someone editing a video at CBS caused him 16 million dollars worth of emotional trauma.

That's beyond snowflake. If someone editing a video causes you that much crippling emotional damage, you probably shouldn't leave the house.
