You accuse Rice and Powel of doing what Hillary has done. In America the burden of proof is on the accuser - YOU prove it. Prove they had servers NOT encrypted correctly, naintained by techs without the proper security clearances, that their servers were hacked, bever repirted it as required by kaw, broke State Dept rules, broke laws, allowed hackers to steal information the WH called 'so classified it can not be released in any form or it would cause grave damage to our national security', was found guilty by the State Department IG, and /or was under investigation by the FBI for frimes under the Espionage Act, violated the FOIA, etc...
