Obama-backed $2.2B green energy 'boondoggle' leaves taxpayers on the hook

You know how in cereal commercials, they say that the cereal is part of a balanced breakfast.

Solar would be part of a balanced energy energy economy. Along with efficiency, sustainability and alternative energy storage.
How does an unreliable high cost energy source balance anything when we dont need it in the first place. We have to replace it at night and on cloudy days by paying more for surpuls energy and if we all go soalar the wont be any surplus.
LNG and nuclear can meet all our needs is clean and reliable.
Cereal is junk food. Solar is the Fruit Loops of Energy

More expensive in initial acquisition. But you have to look at lifecycle cost. In which solar is just a fraction of coal.
Most expensive in initial acquisition is obviously nuclear.

But most people don’t like to think about that.

Coal is one of the cheapest fuels used for energy.
Too many drawbacks.

The logistics alone are difficult and less practical.

Why load and unload hundreds of coal cars a day when you can pipe LNG virtually without effort.

Small regional nuclear power plants and EVs would solve a significant amount of the “carbon emissions problem”.

The PROBLEM is that the GREEN MOVEMENT is all fake.

THEY DO NOT WANT THE PROBLEM SOLVED.

You mean cereal loaded with sugar and dyes? Most of it is garbage, just like your excuses for global redistribution of wealth through the scam known as green energy.

Energy production is an all options on the table.

Except coal. It’s by far the worst option.

But again, MAGA chooses to shove it down our throats at the expense of average working class Americans.
Yeah, just tell W. VA to learn to code, right?

You really want to go big time nuclear?

Remember, if you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fission, and he holds the world hostage.

Your solution is to force the rest of the country to subsidize their employment while suffering the ill effects of it?

That’s stupid.

Actually the most expensive is probably hydroelectric
to over $5 billion for massive hydroelectric projects.

Small modular reactors are the future they are much like the reactors we use on subs and carriers. They are comming and there isnt anything you ca do about it

The world’s need for sustainable and reliable energy has never been greater—and the BWRX-300 small modular nuclear reactor can help meet that need.

GE Vernova Hitachi’s (GVH) BWRX-300 is not a concept, a plan, or a PowerPoint. It's now under construction. Its configuration, based on proven technologies, has been selected for the leading project in the Western world with construction underway in Canada on the first BWRX-300. Construction of the first unit is estimated to be completed by the end of 2029 and in commercial operation by the end of 2030.

The BWRX-300 small modular reactor is a source of electricity generation capable of powering communities across the globe with the energy they rely on to thrive.

With more than 65 years of nuclear industry experience and a rich legacy of excellence and quality, GE Vernova Hitachi has the energy technologies to change the world—and the BWRX-300 SMR is a key part of that mission.

They benefit from it you dope.
Coal mining is extremely hazardous to the health of both the miners and the surrounding community.

This is the 21st century. It’s idiotic to think we should use the same dirty, inefficient, unhealthy, and most importantly EXPENSIVE fuel source as the 19th century.

But MAGA forces it down our throats to protect his voters.

They’re too expensive to be practical.

Coal is the cheapest source of energy. We will be using LNG and Small modular nuclear in the near future. Renewables are dead

Coal is significantly more expensive than renewables.

That’s why Trump has to force companies to keep their coal plants open which costs consumers billions.
