I think it is a surprise. 13% is the portion of Blacks in our population and the Blacks I deal with on a fairly regular basis have a pretty stong support level. "He's one of ours" is about the best way to describe their feeling about O.

Even if he has lost 3 of that 13%, that still leaves only 16% of the Strongly approve attracted from the non-Black population. 30% is about the bottom of the Democratic or Republican dyed in the wool bunch. This, to me, is surprising.

The only people who are not worried about his policies hurting the country are in the Congress voting to spend away our future and turn us into Norway.
