SO Why is $400 billion needed when OBAMA admits all that is needed is to
reduces delays and stop obstructionists actions by EPA/OSHA..et.al..
$1.75 trillion in "rules and regulation" compliance is KILLING JOBS!!

His Obamacare is single payer!
Destroys 1,400 private health insurance eliminates $100 billion a year in Federal,state and local income taxes and will destroy property taxes in communities where insurance companies are hdqtr. In my local area one health insurance company pays over $1 million in property taxes and they will be going out of business! Who will be paying that lost $1 million? And that will be replicated all over the country!
Obama is destroying more jobs then can be recovered!
